With an Ultimate plan, you can remove iubenda’s branding from both the Privacy and Cookie Policy and the Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution (cookie banner).
Privacy and Cookie Policy
There are two areas that show the iubenda branding on the privacy policy:
- The iubenda button that links to your policy
- The branding strip at the bottom of the policy (the “Privacy Policy by iubenda” logo and generator credit)
How to enable white label
1) Go to your Dashboard > [your website]. Under Privacy and Cookie Policy, click the <> EMBED button. This opens the Install the documents page.

2) At the top of the Install the documents page, check the White label checkbox.

The embed code updates automatically. Copy the updated code and paste it into your site.
With White label enabled, the iubenda branding is removed from both the button and the branding strip at the bottom of the policy.

The line “iubenda hosts this content and only collects the Personal Data strictly necessary for it to be provided” cannot be removed. As a service provider that hosts the page, we are required to make this known to your users.
Changing the button style
You can also change how the policy link appears on your site. Under STYLE on the Install the documents page, choose between:
- White — a white button
- Black — a dark button
- No style — a plain text link (no button styling)

Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution (cookie banner)
You can also remove the iubenda branding from the cookie banner. The branding text appears in the banner footer.
How to remove branding from the cookie banner
1) Go to your Dashboard > [your website]. Under Privacy Controls and Cookie Solution, click EDIT. This opens the configurator.

2) In the configurator, scroll down to Theme and click Edit.

3) Scroll to the bottom of the theme editor and tick Remove branding. When active, the iubenda branding in the cookie banner and consent preferences modals will not be displayed. The banner preview on the right updates immediately.

4) Click Save at the bottom of the configurator. The change takes effect on your site immediately, no re-embedding required.
